Your Digital Crosshairs product is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship with the Digital Crosshairs Limited 3 year Warranty. For night vision products, the digital imaging sensor that enables night vision capability is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 3 year, as are other light emitting devices such as IR LED's. The LCD monitor is also warranted for 3 year. Batteries and chargers are not covered under warranty.
In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than the manufacturer. This warranty is transferable.
Digital Crosshairs night vision devices will be serviced by the manufacturer, Digital FOV, LLC as long as parts are available. Digital FOV will service and repair out of warranty products for a minimum cost for parts, and free labor no matter who owns the product.
Digital Crosshairs night vision products are not serviced if out of the United States and will not be shipped or returned to owners outside of the United States.
To receive a RA number for warranty service, or out-of-warranty repair, you will need to do the following:1. Call 1-404-590-6513 and request an RA number to send in your device.
2. Once the request has been received you will either receive a reply email that contains all necessary return information, or a customer service representative will contact you and give you an RA number over the phone.
To send in the product, you will be required to include the following items:
1. A return authorization number (RA).
2. The defective product.
3. Copy of the original receipt showing when and where the product was purchased.
4. The RA number printed on the box, with a return address.
This warranty is fully transferable.
For a refund you must have purchased the product from www.digitalcrosshairs.net or an authorized reseller. The first purchase of any model has a 5 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a particular product you may return it within 7 days with your proof of purchase. All returns must be in new condition with all the original packaging and manuals and have a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must have a RA number. Call 404-590-6513 and request this number to return your item prior to sending it back. No products will be accepted without this number.
